For Continuous and progressive growth of all affiliated VDCS, it is necessary to have planned vision mission strategy for five years. Union has facilitate the VDCS for this planning and also for review of previous year planning. Under this, VDCS make their five years strategic plan in all fields like —

• Cleanliness at society level,
• Quality milk production and procurement,
• I services,
• Cattle feed practices,
• Milk recording and testing,
• Leadership development at DCS level,
• Value addition practice to be adopted.

We organize this program at DCS level. All societies review their plan periodically and annually.
