Enhancing Fertility: Our Veterinary Commitment

Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), Anand has implemented programme FIP in 2007-08. The aims of the programme are to reduce the non-pregnant dry & dry NECO (Not Even Calved Once) animals. Every year under this programme, our union selects different milk societies. Form the selected societies, non-pregnant dry & dry NECO are identified & registered with tagging.

All registered animals in FIP are being treated by our FIP team Veterinarians of our union. During the programme period we are conducting 4 infertility camps.

We are also providing them by-pass protein Dan, Mineral Mixture.

Deworming & Vaccination programme is also periodically carried out to these animals. All these measures are carried out in order to enhance total productivity of animals.
