Under this yojna, tribal sub plan, Chhota udepur provides the grant for tribal talukas like Bodeli, Chhota udepur, Jetpurpavi, Kawant, Naswadi and Sankheda.

The grant amount was allotted under the Head of 2403-Pasu Palan for Milch Animal Chelated Mineral Mixture, Liquid Oral Calcium Gel(5Lit), & 2404-Dairy Vikas for Stainless Steel Cane and Milko Tester Machine and 2425 - Stainless Steel Jar (5 lit) in Tribal Area.

DMS -1 Scheme

It is a state Government plan under which milk producers and village dairy society gets Government subsidy to strengthen the infrastructure like construction of DudhGhar, Godown, BMC, AMCS, MADM, Milking machine, Chaff cutter and for cattle feed for pregnant animals and after calving of animals.

Scheme of providing assistance for establishment of farm of 12 milch animal with purpose of employment generation through Animal Husbandry activity From FY 2018-19:

Government of Gujarat has launched scheme of employment generation through Animal Husbandry by providing assistance for establishment of Dairy farm unit with 12 milch animals from the Year: 2018-19. This scheme is being implemented by our milk union.

Bankable yojana (Year:2023-24)

Baroda Dairy has started one more scheme this year for their member beneficiaries, i.e. Bankable scheme. Baroda Dairy had made MoU with Baroda central Co-operative Bank(BCCB) to provide “Mid Term Loan” for purchase of Dairy Cattle to generate the revenue through dairying.

under this scheme , eligible member can get maximum of Rs. 1,00,000/- as loan for purchase of 2 milch cattle(Rs.50,000/-each) with competitive interest rate. They have to repay the loan in 36 monthly installments. The animals purchased under this scheme must be insured for 3 years and the total premium is paid by union as a union’s subsidy.

During year:2023-24, Total 156 animals costing Rs.78 lakh given to the member farmers under this bankable loan yojana and insurance premium Rs. 9.94 lakh paid by union as union contribution (Subsidy to members)
